当ショップにおける衣類におきましては概ね受注生産による予約販売となっております。
下記の流れに沿って受注・生産・発送となりますので必ずご確認ください。
◆お客様にご予約いただいた分のみの生産となりますので、商品の不備以外での返品・交換は基本的にお受けできませんので、サイズ表をよくご確認の上、お間違いの無いようにご購入ください。
◆通常商品と予約商品はBASEのシステムの関係上、同時購入ができません。
同梱希望にお応えする事は可能ですが、その際、通常商品の送料は割引されません。
◆生産上のトラブルが発生した場合、商品の発送が遅れることがございます。
15日～末日までを発送期間とし、それ以上遅れる際にはご連絡差し上げます。

◆Most of the clothing sold in our store is made-to-order, with the pre-order period beginning on the 15th of each month and ending on the last day of that month, and the items are shipped between the 15th and 30th of the following month.
◆Since we only produce items that have been pre-ordered by customers, we basically cannot accept returns or exchanges for anything other than defective merchandise, so please check the size chart carefully and make sure you purchase the correct size.
◆Due to the BASE system, regular items and pre-order items cannot be purchased at the same time.
We can accommodate bundling requests, but the shipping cost of the regular items will not be discounted.
◆In the event of production problems, product shipping may be delayed.
We will notify you if there is a delay.
